Job Description
We seek an AVP to lead cross-border banking controls across the Americas, ensuring regulatory compliance, transaction monitoring and risk mitigation for international payments and correspondent banking.
You will design and implement control frameworks, perform control testing, coordinate with operations and compliance teams, report issues, and drive remediation.
Requires 5+ years in transaction banking or compliance, strong knowledge of AML/CFT, cross-border regulations, data analysis skills, and stakeholder management.
