Job Description

We are seeking a Japan Settlements Specialist to manage financial settlements, reconciliations, and payment processes for Japanese clients and partners. Responsible for processing invoices, ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating with banks, and resolving discrepancies. Requires 2+ years in settlements or banking, strong knowledge of Japanese payment systems, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in English and Japanese (preferred). Analytical mindset, ERP experience, and tight deadline handling are essential. This role supports cross-border transactions and continuous process improvement.
