Job Description
We at Baldoria Hospitality LLP are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Commis 2 Continental Chef to join our kitchen brigade. In this hands-on role, you will assist in preparing and executing a variety of continental dishes while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cooking continental dishes.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Commis 1.
- Maintain hygiene and proper ingredient storage.
- Ensure mise en place is ready for service.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience.
- Basic culinary knowledge and skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹22,00 per month.
