Job Description

Backwater Ripples Pvt. Ltd is urgently hiring a Reservation Executive for its resort in Kumarakom. The full-time, permanent role requires at least 2 years’ experience in hotels or resorts. Responsibilities include managing bookings, guest communications, rate and availability updates, coordinating with front office and F&B teams, and ensuring smooth reservation processes. Candidates must be customer-focused, organized, and proficient with reservation systems. Immediate joiners preferred. Salary: ₹20,00–₹26,00 per month. On-site work in Kumarakom.
