Job Description
Join our team at Backstory Cafe as a Senior Barista/Head Barista. In this role, you will prepare and sell a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, mocha, caffe latte, and latte by following prescribed recipes and techniques.
Your main responsibility will be to generate revenue by attracting new customers and introducing innovative services and products.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Shift timings are from 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm or 4.30 pm – 12.30 am. This full-time position offers a monthly pay range of ₹22,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 plus performance bonuses.
Work will be conducted in person.
