Account Based Marketing Associate Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of targeted ABM campaigns to drive engagement and conversion within key accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential target accounts and understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create personalized content and messaging for different stages of the buyer’s journey.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain and update the ABM database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support the creation of reports and presentations to communicate ABM results to stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies and tactics for account engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with back-end teams/systems to ensure timely and accurate receipt of data.
• Ensure timely renewal intimation to all stakeholders (internal/external).
• Research on markets and industries in which we can make our presence.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion to safeguard the identified revenue base.
• Offerings value added propositions by means of upsell and cross sell across the offering.
• Ensure running of successful POC.
• Follow through to closure, the renewal order process with the customer in conjunction with backend support teams.

Requirement

• Fresher-2 years (or plus) of experience in business development
• Interns are most welcomed
• Minimum requirement – graduate in B.COM/M.COM/MBA in Marketing or equivalent
• Strong in client connection and client services
• Ability to create comprehensive presentations to pitch to clients
• Excellent interpersonal, good communication skills in English
• Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
