AVLOCK INTERNATIONAL INDIA Pvt. LTD is seeking highly organized and proactive Interns for Property Administration to manage our global investment properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating with surveyors and contractors, and ensuring smooth property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants.
- Coordinate with surveyors and contractors for maintenance.
- Monitor rental agreements and payments.
