Job Description
Aviyana Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Clinic Administrator to manage daily operations and enhance patient care within our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and handle inquiries both on the phone and in-person.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist patients with medical forms and process payments.
- Transcribe physician notes and manage multi-line phone calls.
- Ensure the confidentiality of patient information and maintain the reception area.
- Keep track of office supplies and update patient insurance details.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₹35,00.00/month | Experience: 1 year as a Receptionist/Admin required.
