Job Description
Avalon Software Services India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee daily operational processes, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to schedules.
Key responsibilities include monitoring workflows, collaborating with Client Servicing departments, identifying inefficiencies, and preparing documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). You’ll also track performance metrics, address operational issues, and provide support to team members with necessary resources.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers, offering a monthly pay between ₹19,437.02 and ₹29,120.83. Available shifts include day, morning, and night.
