Job Description
Avalon Software Services India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to schedules.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring workflows and timelines.
- Collaborating with Client Servicing departments to meet organizational goals.
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Tracking performance metrics and resolving operational issues.
- Supporting team members with resources and guidance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹19,437.02 – ₹29,120.83 per month
Schedule: Day, Morning, and Night shifts available.
