Job Description
AV Groups is seeking candidates for the voice process in a US-based telecom project. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling basic customer queries related to telecom bills.
- Providing expert customer resolution.
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- At least 6 months of experience in an international BPO is preferred, but freshers with strong English skills are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,00.00 – ₹500,00.00 per month
