Job Description
Automax Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Relation Executive. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding product/service details to communicate effectively with clients.
- Responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Maintaining relationships for repeat business.
- Following up on leads and building a pipeline.
- Completing logs and reports in the database.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹14,00.00 – ₹16,00.00/month | Benefits: Health insurance and Provident Fund.
Experience in telecommunication and automobile sector preferred.
