Job Description

Autobahn Trucking seeks a Service Advisor (1 opening) in Loni. No prior experience required. You will welcome customers, diagnose complaints after road tests, provide time and cost estimates, allocate jobs and monitor workshop workflow, and keep customers regularly updated. Explain completed repairs, parts used and charges, ensure vehicle delivery to customer satisfaction, collect post-service feedback and implement corrective actions.
