Job Description
Autobahn Trucking Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Call Center Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting customer satisfaction reports post vehicle service.
- Informing service managers about breakdowns of Bharat Benz vehicles.
- Updating customers on upcoming vehicle service dates.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, are required. Graduates or diploma holders with 0-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
