Job Description
Join Autobahn Trucking Corporation Pvt. Ltd as a Customer Relationship Executive! We are looking for a motivated individual to maintain our customer database, conduct service reminder calls, and provide excellent support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database.
- Make service reminder calls and schedule appointments.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls.
- Handle incoming calls professionally.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on customer requests and complaints.
Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹15,00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and more!
Work Location: In person. Day shift.
Requirements
