Job Description

AUTO WIRES PVT LTD seeks a full-time Wiring Harness Production Supervisor to oversee production of automotive electrical products, including wiring harnesses and switches. Responsibilities include handling raw components, machine setup, managing worker schedules and line leadership, optimizing cycle time and time management, setting QC standards, analyzing stock shortages and preparing production reports, and implementing 5S. Candidates should be able to commute or relocate to Manesar, Haryana. Education: Bachelor’s preferred; Experience: 5 years preferred; Shift: Day shift preferred. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹35,00 per month. Work location: in person.
