Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Advisor to manage service bookings, customer communication, and workshop coordination at AUTO TECH CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and service needs.
- Open job cards and coordinate with technicians.
- Prepare service estimates and explain billing.
- Maintain service records and conduct follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering (mandatory).
- 1-2 years experience in service/customer handling.
- Good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Two-wheeler systems.
- Customer-first attitude and computer literacy.
