Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team at Auto Ingress Automatic Doors. In this role, you will handle incoming calls and emails from customers, log service requests with detailed information for repairs, and provide service support over the phone. You will also be responsible for quoting service work and following up with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹500,00.00 per year
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required; In-person)
Experience: 1 year in an international voice process (Preferred)
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
