Job Description
Position: Admission Counsellor (Female Only)
Institute: Atlas IAS Institute
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.
- Explain the institute’s offerings and benefits.
- Resolve admission-related queries.
- Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Timely follow-up with leads.
- Ensure a smooth admission process.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Confident personality with persuasive ability.
- Previous experience in student counselling/sales/telecalling preferred.
- Teamwork mindset and positive attitude.
Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome; female candidates preferred.
Salary: ₹9,082.69 – ₹35,869.15 per month with attractive benefits.

- Basic Computer Skills
