Job Description
We are seeking fresh IT graduates with excellent communication skills, a strong academic record, and good logical thinking ability to join our team as IT Administrators in Mumbai. The position offers a training shift from 11 AM – 8 PM (4 days in office), transitioning to 6 PM – 3 AM (work from home) post-training.
Your responsibilities will include providing first-level support for hardware and software issues, assisting with Microsoft 365 applications, maintaining IT asset inventory, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
