Job Description
Atidan Technologies is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer located in Mumbai. We welcome fresh graduates with 0-1 year of experience who possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Shift Timing: Initial 11 AM – 8 PM, later transitioning to 6 PM – 3 AM IST (Rotational Weekoffs).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Service Desk, Server, and Network Monitoring
- Queue Monitoring and Ticket Acknowledgment
- Basic Application Support and IT Support (non-voice)
- Flexible to work extended hours if needed
Technical Skills Required:
- Understanding of MS Exchange, Active Directory, and Cloud
- Certifications in Azure or Microsoft 365 are a plus.
Education: BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or relevant fields with 75%+.
