Job Description
Atidan Technologies is seeking fresh IT graduates with excellent communication skills, strong academic backgrounds, and good logical thinking abilities. This position involves providing first-level support for hardware issues, assisting with Microsoft 365 applications, and setting up devices.
Training shifts are from 11 AM to 8 PM (4 Days WFO), transitioning to 6 PM to 3 AM post-training (WFH). Candidates from Mumbai with 0-1 year of software development experience are encouraged to apply.
Primary skills include basic knowledge of computer hardware and familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps.
