Duties include one-on-one counseling, creating individualized career plans, facilitating workshops, building employer partnerships, and monitoring placement outcomes. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field; experience in career services or recruitment is preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills are required, along with familiarity with career assessment tools and job platforms. Flexible hours and occasional evening workshops may be required.
