Job Description
ATC is seeking a motivated Junior US IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. In this full-time role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US IT and non-IT positions, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. Your responsibilities will include building candidate pipelines, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process.
