Job Description
ASV Consulting Services Private Limited is hiring an International Voice Financial Analyst (night shift) at IFFCO Chowk, Sector 18, Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role supports global customers across healthcare, telecommunications, debt/mortgage and insurance. Candidates must have 1–5 years international calling experience, fluent English, and immediate availability. Selection involves two interview rounds. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone/email/chat, resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and coordinating with internal teams. Compensation up to 4.5 LPA (₹20,00–₹38,00/month). Benefits: night meal, both-side cabs within Gurgaon, group medical insurance, cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and paid sick time. Job types: Full-time, Permanent.
