Job Description
Astron Financial Advisors is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue engine. You will blend impactful marketing strategies with hands-on sales execution, building a robust pipeline and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing (50%): Develop integrated campaigns, manage demand generation efforts, and create engaging content.
Sales (50%): Prospect and close mid-market/enterprise deals while managing the full sales cycle.
This position is available in both Delhi and Rishikesh. Candidates must be willing to work from both locations.

Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
