Job Description
Astromingroup is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Air Freight Customer Service Executive to manage and enhance customer interactions related to air cargo services. The successful candidate will coordinate air shipments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the logistics process.
Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, tracking shipments, preparing documentation, resolving issues, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in air freight customer service and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
