Job Description
We are seeking an Inbound Process Assistant for ASSPL – Karnataka. Candidates should have 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
Key responsibilities involve daily management of shifts, administrative tasks, job allocation, monitoring associates on safety, productivity, and quality, and conducting training sessions. Candidates should also have a minimum of 6 months of basic people management experience.
