Job Description

Coordinate automation and reliability projects across production and maintenance teams. Lead implementation of PLC/SCADA solutions, schedule preventive maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot automation issues, prepare technical documentation, and support commissioning and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as liaison between engineering, operations, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Required: bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years’ experience in industrial automation, strong PLC/SCADA knowledge, project coordination skills, and excellent communication. Preferred: familiarity with control system upgrades and spare-parts management.
