Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints, guiding technicians, conducting site visits, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring quality standards in complaint resolutions.
The position requires significant travel (16-20 days a month) and participation in dealer and consumer site visits. Additionally, you will engage in product training and feedback collection, ensuring our new products are well-promoted.
