Primary Responsibilities:
– Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services for marketing initiatives, negotiate agreements, ensure timely PO raising and payments.
– Internal Coordination: Work with corporate accounts, taxation, branches, IT, and finance for daily activities.
– Maintain vendor account hygiene, monitor spends, and highlight deviations.
– Ensure compliance reporting with the central compliance team and field sales.
– Provide MIS reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly relevant to the commercial hierarchy.
