Job Description
The ASIAN INSTITUTE OF NEPHROLOGY AND UROLOGY is seeking a Front Office In-charge to manage the reception area and oversee patient interactions. This role involves handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and facilitating administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and answering inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Maintaining patient records and insurance information
- Transcribing physician notes and preparing billing
- Ensuring a well-maintained reception area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund
Schedule: Rotational shift
