Job Description
The ASIAN INSTITUTE OF NEPHROLOGY AND UROLOGY is seeking a dedicated Medical Typist, also known as a Medical Transcriptionist. This role involves converting audio recordings from healthcare professionals into accurate written reports, which are vital for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribing medical dictation into written documents.
- Proofreading and ensuring accuracy of transcriptions.
- Maintaining and managing medical records in compliance with confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers for clarification when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
