Job Description

Sales & Service Coordinators support sales teams and manage after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating orders and deliveries, scheduling service calls, preparing quotes and reports, maintaining CRM updates, and liaising between clients, technicians and internal teams. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, 1–2 years in customer service or sales support, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. A positive customer-focused attitude, attention to detail and ability to multitask are required.
