Job Description
ASC Consulting Private Limited seeks a night-shift Financial Analyst – Voice for US Healthcare Customer Support in Gurugram. Full-time on-site role supporting global customers via phone, email, and chat. Candidates must be fluent in English, have 1–5 years international voice experience (US/UK/AUS/Canada), and be immediately available. Responsibilities: handle inquiries and complaints, resolve issues, escalate as needed, and collaborate across teams with strong verbal and written communication in multicultural settings. Benefits include night meal, round-trip city cabs within Gurgaon, group medical and life insurance, paid sick leave, and paid time off. Salary ₹20,00–₹35,00/month. Work location: in person.
