Job Description
Join our International Process team as a full-time, permanent Global Customer Support specialist based in Gurugram (IFFCO Chowk, Sector 18). Night shift, immediate joiners preferred; both-way cab available (Gurgaon only). Salary up to 4.5 LPA (₹20,00–₹40,00/month). Benefits include group medical, health and life insurance. Required: fluent English, international calling experience, 1–5 years in voice process. Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries via phone, email or chat; resolve complaints professionally; escalate issues as needed; coordinate with internal teams; and ensure high customer satisfaction in a multicultural environment.
