Job Description
We are hiring full-time Telecallers to manage end-to-end CRM admissions for JEE and NEET programs at Ariv Education Private Limited. You will handle leads from Meta, Google, WhatsApp and website, respond within 1 hour, conduct first counselling calls with parents, explain syllabus, methodology, faculty, schedules, fees and admission steps, allocate leads, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain CRM data hygiene, monitor lead-source performance, response compliance and conversion funnel, and identify bottlenecks. Required: sales experience preferred, excellent verbal communication and active listening, customer-first empathy, process orientation, CRM reporting skills, multitasking, and fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi. Job Type: Full-time; Pay: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month; Remote.
