Job Description
Arena Interiors is seeking a smart and mature female Office Admin with a pleasing personality and excellent language proficiency. The ideal candidate will manage tele-calling and coordinate with back office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents.
- Answer queries from employees and clients.
- Record attendance and maintain a company calendar.
- Schedule appointments and book meeting rooms as required.
