Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Executive at Archstore, you will enhance user satisfaction by addressing queries, facilitating sign-ups, and managing dealer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Guide users through the sign-up process.
- Manage dealer requests efficiently.
- Maintain customer records.
