Job Description
We are seeking a confident and well-spoken Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should exhibit a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly.
- Manage appointment bookings and coordinate with doctors.
- Answer incoming calls and address queries politely.
- Maintain patient records and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with billing and basic administrative tasks.
