Job Description
Aranmula Chits Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. Responsibilities include:
- Administering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings.
- Maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and booking travel.
- Serving as a primary contact for clients and managing queries from senior managers.
- Updating databases and maintaining company records efficiently.
- Performing general office tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications: Degree or Plus Two with equivalent qualifications.
