Job Description
Aptiva Corp is looking for a passionate and dedicated US Healthcare Recruiter to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will:
1. Source and identify qualified candidates for US healthcare roles.
2. Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Negotiate salary offers and manage the hiring process.
5. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
6. Maintain accurate records and report data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,804.71 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Quarterly bonus, Yearly bonus

Requirements
