Job Description
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala
Salary: Negotiable as per market standard
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates should have proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor/Engineer in the real estate or construction industry, preferably in Kochi.
Responsibilities: You will coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, manage construction projects, oversee quality control, prepare reports, and collaborate with the design team to ensure compliance with local building codes.
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day Shift preferred, willingness to travel (25%). Work location is in-person.
