Job Description

Join us as a Retail Security Business Partner to protect assets, staff, and customers across our stores. You will lead loss prevention strategies, perform risk assessments, coordinate incident response, and advise store managers on security best practices. Partner with operations, legal, and external vendors to develop policies, deliver training, and analyze security data to reduce shrink and fraud. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years’ retail loss prevention or security experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in project management and compliance. A degree in business, security, or a related field is preferred; travel to stores is required.
