Job Description
We are hiring a Solution Architect, Customer Engagement to design scalable customer-facing platforms and lead technical strategy for CRM, messaging, and analytics integrations. You will translate business requirements into architecture, oversee solution delivery, ensure best practices for security and performance, and coach engineering teams. Requirements: 5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture, strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), integration patterns, cloud services (AWS/Azure), APIs, and data modeling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required. Preferred: cloud or CRM certifications and experience with customer journey orchestration.
