Job Description
Join Anutej Group as a BPO Associate! You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing support for products and services, resolving customer issues, and processing orders. Your role also includes data management, maintaining customer records, and assisting with financial reporting activities.
In this position, you’ll support team operations by managing schedules, attendance, and evaluations while contributing to recruitment, training, and quality assurance processes. Additionally, you’ll manage email correspondence and prepare essential documents.
