ANAND TECHVERCE is seeking a dependable Office Maintenance Coordinator to oversee all office maintenance and support services. This crucial role involves coordinating housekeeping, security, plumbing, electrical work, and general office upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and repairs.

Requirements:
