Job Description

We seek an organized, proactive Administration Officer in Ernakulam to manage daily office operations: office workflow, digital and physical records, email and courier handling, procurement and vendor coordination, onboarding, scheduling and travel, reports and presentations, facility maintenance and events. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, 1–3 years’ administrative experience, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving. Preference for male candidates with facility management experience; immediate joiner. Full-time. Pay: ₹10,244.20–₹18,105.93/month.
