Job Description

We are hiring an Administration Coordinator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support across departments. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, maintaining records, managing correspondence, vendor procurement, onboarding logistics, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, facility oversight, events, and supporting HR and Finance. Required: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, 1 to 3 years’ administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, negotiation ability, and the capacity to multitask independently.
