Job Description
The Software Development Engineer II on Store Systems designs and implements scalable services that power in-store experiences. You will build backend systems, integrate with POS, inventory and payment platforms, and collaborate with product, QA and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions. Responsibilities include writing clean code, owning features from design to deployment, improving performance and observability, and mentoring junior engineers. Required: 3+ years software development experience, strong algorithms and systems design, proficiency in Java, C# or Python, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD. Excellent debugging, communication and teamwork skills are essential. Prior retail or payments experience is a plus.
